[horde] Little help please...

Hello all,
 
            I currently have Horde 2.1 and IMP 3.1 w/ Turba 1.1 (LDAP)
configured and running.
 
The Global Address Book with Turba (LDAP) works, when I browse it, it
says there are no entries which is fine because I did not add any. When
I try to add entries, it says to contact the System Administrator.

I think the problem is permission, I believe I need to give "write"
rights in my LDAP configuration. But I am not sure on how to do this.
and I am not certain if that is the problem. I was wondering if anyone
can help me. I need this done a.s.a.p
