[horde] login.php is still downloading

Ok i have installed Horde from CVS tody all is working with Mysql for
Authentication.

When i install imp or any other Modul it prompts me to Download "login.php"
but didn't open the file in the Browser. Also when i go to the Admin Folder
it didnt open the "index.php" File still wants to Download those file. All
other Files eg. setup.php are working. If "imp" or other Modules are not
installed i can Login to Horde without a Problem.
