[horde] All Settings/Filter/AddressBooks, etc gone

My problem was that I hadn't set 'realm', so my account
was therefore not valid. I had set it back to what it was 
and all looks good now. Hope this is useful to someone?

I also have this problem when clicking on the options button I get a
blank page.. any ideas?
there are no errors in the logs
