[horde] I'm going MAD with this

I have installed Horde from CVS (HEAD) set Authentication to SQL in conf.php
from Horde. After installing IMP im able to Login in Horde but after Loging
in it opens login.php for Download but didnt open in Browser. Also when i
click on "Preferences inside Horde it didnt open the File in Browser only
the "Download FIle" Window Pops up. Also when i set Authentication to IMP
same Problem.

What im doing wrong ??
