[horde] Custom button in Horde menu - how?

Can't get IRC up, so...

Can someone tell me what I need to do to add a custom button to the
Horde menu bar?  I've looked through the code, but my unfamiliarity with
PHP is cruelling me, and I can't figure the bastard out...
