[horde] Undefined index: redirect_on_logout.....

I've followed the installation documentations, and installed horde, imp.
i've also created the mysql data base with the mysql_creat.sql script.
/horde/test.php views everything okay.
i have the latest version of php, horde, imp, and pear.
dont know why i get the following error when i goto
http://webaddress.com/horde/
any ideas?
