[horde] Custom button in Horde menu - how?

If it's content you would like to serve "inside" of horde, you can create a
skeleton framework with the bare essentials (button graphic included).  Simply
change the apps "start page" registry entry to where every you wish to send the
user.  

Via this, an proxy passing under apache, we were able to consolidate _almost_
all of our existing web services under horde with just a little 'hacking' to get
the horde session to authenticate everyone.

Anyone make any progress on mailman integration?
