[horde] Preferences and summaries

I can't figure this for the life of me, and cant find an earlier
discussion...

How do I get the list of apps to appear in the Display Options page so
that I can select summaries for my summary page?  I figure that it has
to do with array settings in the /config/prefs.php file, but I'm VERY
blonde today...
