[horde] Blank login page

Eric,

Is this situation in the FAQ? I don't remember seeing it. If not, would it
be possible to add it?  Even though there isn't a clear way to know, it
might be helpful to know to continue looking at the config files and
specifically reference the horde/config/conf.php file.

I'd be happy to write something up for you.

Cool.  Unless it was causing a syntax error or something, then there is
little to no way to debug this other than reading over the config files.

Enable php logging (in your php.ini file) and use it.  Check your system
logs.  If possible, put a sniffer on the network and watch what is
happening.

Other than that, not much you can do.
