[horde] Strange error.. (CVS HEAD)

I enabled the rpc thing in options for horde (had no clue what it was) no in 
options i get this..
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xmlrpc_encode_request() 
in /horde/lib/RPC.php on line 136

and cant change any options..

by the way, you guys are doing a kick ass job on this application framework!
