I can't explain it, but it's working now. Basically, I deleted
horde/lib/Prefs.php and horde/lib/Prefs/session.php and updated from cvs.

It doesn't make sense to me, but I think the problem might have been with my
session.php; I tried a couple of times to replace Prefs.php and still got the
error, but as soon as I replaced session.php it worked.

Anyway, it's working now. Thanks, Chuck, for all of your help. And by the way,
