[horde] CMS Config

After finally getting the horde to let me login, authenticating with mySQL i
go int Adminstration and click configure.  When I select CMS and fill in
everything everytime i click "generate CMS config" it comes back and says
"Who is the root admin of this site? This field is required."  Even when I
fill it in.  Why?  Does this config affect the fact that when I login I get
a blank white screen whith only the icon's along the bottom?
