[horde] configuring of horde failed

Hi all,

I set up a new server with apache2, php 4.3.2, cyrus 2.1.11, horde 2.1, 
imp 3.1 etc.

I followed the instruction on http://www.geocities.com/oliversl/imp/

After configuring I got the error:

Some of Horde's configuration files are missing......

The test.php shows all items in green.
IMP test was successful.
user "nobody" has access to <DocumentRoot>/horde
horde-logging creates no file
no mysql-authtication error occured

actually I dont see anything wrong on my system.

Now I'm really stuck :-(

Any ideas?
