[horde] Help inside horde

Most applications had no help in the release/RELENG_* branches.  All
(as far as I know) apps should now have help in the CVS HEAD branch.

So, if you are running the release versions, and want help for most apps
(other than a few link IMP), you pretty much have to grab the help files
from CVS HEAD.

Until recently this was rather easy, but lately there were
some changes to the help routines, and I'm no longer sure if the CVS HEAD
versions will work correctly in all cases with the released Horde versions.
But it would be worth a try anyway.

Also, the CVS HEAD versions will document things not in the release version.

So there is no good solution other than to wait for the next release cycle.
