At first I didn't know what you meant, but now I see there are also APP
theme files. I didn't notice them before.

I'll take another look at where they need to go and send them to you as a
patch this time.

BTW - I noticed a couple of the ones I sent didn't have the # sign for the
colors.

Joe, thanks for doing this. However, can you submit patches against the
theme files, and new application theme files where appropriate? We don't
want app-specific styles going into the global theme files.
