[horde] application to open in a new window

	I am trying to add content to my horde installation.  I registered the
application in registery.php, but I want it to open in a new window.  So how
do I tell horde to open an application in a new window when a visitor clicks
on the link on the bottom navigational frame?  I tried inserting 'target' =>
'_blank',  but that does not want to work the target is still "horde_main" .
