[horde] Remove the footer line in outgoing emails

Morning,

   Edit your imp/config/conf.php file. Look in that file for the line 
reading:
$conf['msg']['append_trailer] = true;

   Simple make it false. Or edit the trailer.txt file if you want it to 
read something else at the bottom of every email sent.
