[horde] How do I add a group

Thanks Chuck! I see what I did wrong.... I didn't set
$conf['category']['driver'] to 'sql.  I have now done
so... 
$conf['category']['params'] = array();


And now.... I can only access the admin tool via sql
authentication.  Is that the way it should be? If I
set authentication to imp I no longer get the
administration icon/interface.  So I cannot administer
groups .... 

Is there another way to add imp authenticated users to
groups without creating usernames and passwords for
each in mySql? If this was possible... I wouldn't need
to maintain two separate user databases and
authentication would be seemless for all.  Am I asking
too much?
