[horde] prepending to username

It seems because we are using an Exchange 5.5 server and we are using
IMP/IMAP authentication, we have to add our domain name to the front of the
user name like so:

windowsdomain/username


I can do this fine with the vinfo hook, however, the from address/identity
then becomes:

windowsdomain/username at example.com

Can someone give me a push in the right direction on how to remove the
"windowsdomain/" from the fromaddress/identity?

In other words, we only want the windowsdomain portion to be used for
authentication.
