[horde] Problem with /horde/lib/Cipher/BlockMode.php (HEAD)

I get this one when I use version 1.10 of BlockMode.php (CVS). Replacing this
file with version 1.9 solves this problem. The problem occurs because the file
OFB64.php is capitalized, it should be ofb64.php. But I don't see others who
have this problem, so it can be a local problem :(
