[horde] My own menu entries

I've looked through the files and the FAQ, but must have looked for
the wrong information.. how do I add links to other URL:s in the
Horde "project bar", or somewhere else, without editing menu.php for
every single application. What I want is two links (preferrably with
an icon) to be shown there, or somewhere.. ;)
