[horde] Using multiple Horde databases

Well, I'm pleased to say that the problem is resolved. I'm not pleased to say
that I had a blonde moment.

What was happening is that I was changing the database config on Horde and MySQL
was setup correctly but one of the apps wasn't setup to use the correct database
name. Once this was changed everything fired up and works great.
