[horde] htmlspecialchars error

I keep getting the follow error at the top of each message I view:

Warning: htmlspecialchars() [function.htmlspecialchars]: charset `us-ascii' not 
supported, assuming iso-8859-1 
in /usr/local/www/mail/webmail/horde/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/text.php on line 41


I'm using horde-2.2 and imp-3.1.

I've used previous version of both and I just upgraded to these two versions 
and never seen this error before.

Any help is appreciated.
