[horde] css color not showing up in Mozilla Linux

Hello All,

 I'm having a problem with Horde Producing valid style sheets.
When viewing Horde with Mozilla / Linux everything is white except the text.
In Internet Explorer everything appears fine(blue).

 I downloaded the newest css.php from CVS and there was no change. I also download
the latest Horde from CVS and still no change.

I'm running Horde 2.2 on Linux 2.4/Apache/ with PHP 4.2.3

Any  help would be greatly appreciated,
