[horde] Bug in portal layout

I currently have this layout (from the debug table):

imp:summary (1, 1) nag:summary (1, 1)
jonah:metar (1, 1) jonah:news (1, 1)
turba:minisearch (1, 1) turba:minisearch (1, 1)

If I try to add any block below, for example a color block to the left
column, I get this layout:

imp:summary (1, 1) nag:summary (1, 1)
jonah:metar (1, 1) jonah:news (1, 1)
horde:color (1, 1) turba:minisearch (1, 1)
