I don't think so. Either you have Horde 2.2.2-cvs and Kronolith 1.1-cvs or
Horde 3.0-cvs and Kronolith 2.0-cvs. As you're speaking about shared
calendars, I guess the latter.

There are to plans yet to release versions of what currently is in the CVS
HEAD branch.

There is not really such a list. You should know the current status if
you're running those versions. Some apps have TODO files in their source
tree, http://dev.horde.org/nag/ contains a list of developer todos and most
of the discussion happens on the mailing lists, so the archives are a good
source too.
