[horde] Problem in creating Admin and User account using Horde

I set up a linux mail server as
below:

RedHat 8.0,=3D20
Apache 2.040,=3D20
PHP 4.2.2,=3D20
MySQL 3.23.52,=3D20
Horde 2.2.1,=3D20
IMP 3.2 RC2

After setting all the above and run the mysql_create.sql successfully, I=20
found that no default user and administrator was created. I searched the FAQ
and docs found no idea. Can anyone give me a answer? Thank you for your help.
