[horde] HORDE AUTHENTICATION

I have successfully installed horde.  Then when I go to 
http://my-server/horde/test.php
Everything looks ok.

My question is what account do I use to login to horde.
The http://my-server/horde/index.php comes up fine but I dont have a 
username and password to use.

Do I have to create an account?  How do I do that?
