[horde] Mcrypt Support: No

This is where you find mcrypt with libmcrypt

ftp://mcrypt.hellug.gr/pub/crypto/mcrypt/libmcrypt/libmcrypt-2.5.6.tar.gz
ftp://mcrypt.hellug.gr/pub/crypto/mcrypt/mcrypt-2.6.3.tar.gz

copy them to your desired location (usually /usr/local/src/)

Untar those files 
tar -zxvf libmcrypt-2.5.6.tar.gz 
tar -zxvf mcrypt-2.6.3.tar.gz

run the configure script fount in the exracted directories
then  make, make install

configure and compile libmcrypt first

that's all
