[horde] MIME Magic problems when attaching

Fatal error: mime_magic could not be initialized, magic file is not avaliable in
/usr/local/horde/lib/MIME/Magic.php on line 143

is what i get when attaching files with not-so-common extensions... (i.e. .py)

any thoughts?
