[horde] Pear not detecting correctly

Are you sure the files are put in the correct directory ?
In my installation (redhat 8.0) it is:  /usr/share/pear/PEAR
I guess it is the same on 7.3

Although I've installed the PEAR package from the horde web site, I 
still get these errors on test.php:

Recent PEAR - No 
This version of PEAR is not recent enough. See the Horde PEAR page for 
details

Running on RedHat 7.3.
