[horde] Slight problem

Hello,

I'm running PHP 4.3.0, and the latest version of Horde (downloaded on 20 Feb 
2003), but when i view some emails (not all) i see this error at the top of the 
screen:

Warning: htmlspecialchars() [function.htmlspecialchars]: charset `us-ascii' not 
supported, assuming iso-8859-1 
in /hsphere/local/home/fishspon/webmail.mongeese.co.uk/horde/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer
/text.php on line 41

Any ideas what i can do to fix this?
