[horde] Can't get function "_prefs_hook_from_addr" to work (HEAD)

Hi,
	I can't get the function _prefs_hook_from_addr()
to work. I'm trying to set the user's from address 
(from ldap btw), but no matter what I try, I can't even 
get this function to be called, let alone actually work.
Even if I put obvious "debug" type code, or even errors in 
the code, it doesn't seem to even get called.

	Besides just declaring this function in hooks.php,
, and noting the NOTES at the beginning of the hooks.php
file, what else has to be done?
