[horde] Fatal error: Call to undefined function: setdefaults()

I an getting this error message after upgrading Horde, IMP, Nag, and
Mnemo.  I transfered all my config settings to the the new config files.
 I also upgraded Pear to the version on www.horde.org.  I am using PHP
version 4.2.3. Thanks.
