[horde] Language selection troubles

Hi all,

I am using a Horde version of  march 4

My nls.php is set to:
$nls['defaults']['language'] = 'en_US';
$nls['defaults']['charset'] = 'ISO-8859-1';

When I use the browsers: IE4.0  IE5.0 or Mozilla 0.9.9  then it is possible to change the language
(in Horde / options / language )
With IE5.5 or IE6.0 the language is always english, whatever I select in Horde / options / language

Is there a way to change this behavior ?

Also it is not possible for me to choose Norwegian Bokmal
When I select this one the system is going back to English
It is possible to choose the Norwegian Nynorsk
Both Bokmal and Nynorsk are in the nls.php file  and in the horde/po dir

Anything known about this ?
