what do you mean with customize?
changed the code by yourself?dats no good ;)

many stored! preferences shouldn't be a problem...could you give some more
details
on your 'custom' version?

p.s: almost every cvs version runs as good as stable in my environment
(except some
     very strange,but unimportant bugs/problems and mostly i just copy
config files
     blindly ;)
