[horde] FTP VFS Recursive Delete Function

With this change it works fine. PS. I'm using this backend with Gollem
and it gives users an easy way to delete a directory structure. Maybe
we should make it an option...

I'm not *entirely* sure what your aim was with this, so I cleaned it
up,
changed around the coding that I didn't quite understand, made it
conform to
CODING_STANDARDS, made it more consistent with other backends, and
committed
it. Does what ended up in CVS still meet your needs/work for you?
