Can these other modules be used with Horde 2.2.1 ?

Hm.. Well... Hermes tells you to log into the administrator account to
complete the installation. How do I make that work with 2.2.1?

It doesn't exist in 2.2.1
This is a feature of Horde/IMP from CVS HEAD branch only.
