alright...

upgrading is mostly done by hand:

check differences between config files check differences between 
database stucture and check that the downloaded version works
with the installed horde

if you don't like that check directory module/scripts for scripts
that do that but i don't trust 'em

search the list for more information since there are several threads
about that issue
