[horde] Administration

What version of horde do you have?

I just found out that only the CVS HEAD version gives the admin
interface.

This may be an obvious one but how can I log myself in as an 
administrator with horde? I've tried upgrading to nag 2.0 but the last 
step requires me to get to the administration page to create one of the 
configuration files.

To tell you the truth I have never seen the admin icons on my system, 
only in the demo site.

I am using pgsql authentication with the latest stable release, and IMP 
is turned on for authenticating.
