[horde] Missing Admins

Wasn't making the connection between the realm and the admin section.  Yes,
I am using IMP for authentication - was trying to fix the IMP problem I am
having with it saying I need to authenticate before sending.  However, I
have learned something new today - changing the realm back to '' fixed it
right up!
Still no idea on the IMP thing though :-)

You're not telling us what else you changed. For instance, you're probably
using IMP for authentication, and changed your 'realm' setting in
servers.php somehow.
