[horde] Horde installation and php-xml support

domxml is running ...but horde/imp will not. It still says I need xml
support.
IMP says I need to recompile php with the --with-xml option. I read up
on this and I found out this option correlates to the expat library for
apache. That rpm is installed as well, but apparently php is not seeing
it. Unfortunately, my logs don't seem to say anything. php's logging
is enabled, and it isn't giving me any errors when I try to run IMP.
I'm at a loss here, anyone have any idea?
Thanks
