[horde] Signup Procedure

hey guys, i was just noticing something with the signup procedures in horde, it
seems that if you log in directly into IMP, the signup link doesn't appear with
the current cvs release. it seems that it will only appear if you let horde
handle the authentication - i just updated the entire tree and it hasn't
changed, but perhaps i'm missing something?
i do have it enabled in the conf.php, both values - signup and authorise - set
to true.
another note, if you're not using mysql to authenticate users, where is the
signup request supposed to be sent? i've tried to track that down in the code,
but i haven't had a chance to really take a look into it.
