[horde] Heads Up: user name changes

If you are running Horde from CVS (HEAD branch) and use the user name hook
to convert user names, please update your hook's function name.

It has changed from _horde_hook_username() to _username_hook_frombackend().
If applicable to your backend, you might also want to create the "reverse"
function called _username_hook_tobackend() that should do the opposite.
