[horde] Horde 2.2.2 Released

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the official release of the
Horde Application Framework version 2.2.2.

The Horde Application Framework is a general-purpose web application
framework in PHP, providing classes for dealing with preferences,
compression, browser detection, connection tracking, MIME handling and
more.

Changes in this release:

    - Optimization of the Secret:: and Horde_Cipher:: drivers.
      If NOT using the mcrypt module, these changes will *significantly*
      improve performance of all Horde applications - there have been
      reports these optimizations decrease load time by 400+%.
    - Add Catalan Translation.
    - Other minor changes and cleanups.
