[horde] Email Errors instead of logging them??

Hello,

...but what if it only occurs occasionally? ...or a better example would be -
what if it happens to someone else? I still have to look through the log file.

I presume there a switch that gets toggled, or a variable set that says "do not
continue, but print the error on screen". Could this function also email me the
error it logs??
