[horde] Upgrading from Horde 2.2.1

Hello,

I am currently running Horde 2.2.1, and i wish to upgrade to 2.2.3. I downloaded
the following files from the horde site:

  patch-horde-2.2.1-2.2.2.gz
  patch-horde-2.2.2-2.2.3.gz

...but after i gunzip'd them, i don't know what to do with them... do i just run
them? if so, which directory do i run them from? If not, how do i apply them?
