[horde] Configuring Horde for MySQL

This is wrong.

In the same file where you fund these settings for preferences, there 
are some settings for auth to. So you need something like:

$conf['auth']['params'] = array();
$conf['auth']['params']['phptype'] = 'mysql';
$conf['auth']['params']['hostspec'] = 'localhost';
$conf['auth']['params']['username'] = 'horde';
$conf['auth']['params']['password'] = 'horde';
$conf['auth']['params']['database'] = 'horde';
$conf['auth']['params']['table'] = 'horde_auth';

NOTE: 'prefs' changed to 'auth'.
