[horde] changing from address

I'm using the CVS version of IMP. So, not sure if this will translate to your
world. But....
You can achieve this goal by creating multiple identities. Options->Personal
Information->Edit Identities.

When you compose emails, you can them select your appropriate identity from a
drop-down. Works nice.
