[horde] RPM install failure

Hi,
 
I'm trying to run the rpm install for the horde framework but I'm
receiving conflict errors with php-4.2.2-17 on Red Hat 9.0.  Has anyone
seen conflict errors while trying this install?  
 
As a result the install will not proceed.  The errors start:
 
"file /usr/bin/php from install of php-4.2.2-0horde3 conflicts with file
from package php-4.2.2-17" 
 
and continue through many other files while I'm trying to install
php-4.2.2-0horde3.
